Peoples Rating 20 votes 2.2 Rate This Beer Bitter by Fischer FRANCE Type of Beer- Ale. Fischer D'Alsace of Schiltigheim. Not too shabby. Decent flavor with an even finish. Good body and a slightly off bouquet. Nice bottle. It does have its own character. We give Bitter by Fischer a 3.0.
